A journey from grief to belief!

With my Dad passing, my grief took me to a place I had never been before. An unknown, empty space where thought collided with matter. I knew I had to continue with life, but how?

I was emotionally unavailable to all, unable to laugh, smile or support anyone. How could I be love for others when I couldn't even feel love anymore. With time I realised that was exactly it...I owed myself the time to heal and that was how soundmind was born.

From bags to hats, God placed it on my heart that i.o.Me belonged somewhere and I wanted it to be be on something I could share and serve with. One day whilst praying in peace, a cup in front of a waterfall appeared in my vision. I thought of glass blowing (unsuccessfully) and boom..there it was the wonderful world of pottery!
Three years later and this is where I am….

After a few markets I was introduced to a wonderful lady who thought my vessels would combine beautifully with Reflexology. And so you have it. A few years later, more studies and a lot of feet, a qualified Reflexologist with fruit of the spirit and a SoundMind ministry.

I believe in the power of God to promote relaxation.  So my combination of pottery and reflexology allows me to share my wellbeing in the most unique fufilling way!
